About Us
Dance International is a non-profit organization with 20 years of rich history. We were created to provide a healthy, nurturing environment for people to learn to dance, and to share the joy of art, dance, and music.
We strive to produce excellence in our teaching. Whether you’re looking for group, private, kid or adult classes, our wide variety of classes will definitely suit your needs.
In addition, we also hold special workshops and events, such as our annual Austin Ballroom Festival with the support of Austin’s Cultural Arts Division. We routinely hold fundraisers to further our mission. Contributions to Dance International are tax deductible. An IRS acknowledgment of our non-profit status is also available upon request.
Our mission is to create a center that unites people of all ages and cultures through the teaching and sharing of art, dance and music.
We believe that:

- Participation in art improves the mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of life
- Instruction and participation in multicultural art enriches both the art and the participants, and brings participants closer together
- The Earth offers the most incredible art of all kinds, and it is our responsibility to respect and protect it
